Where do you source your clothing from?
All our items are sourced from wholesalers from around the world and wherever possible we aim to provide handmade items.
What is the shipping rate?
We have a flat rate shipping fee of $14 using Australia Post.
Do you ship Internationally?
Yes we ship worldwide, for a flat rate of $15
I live local, do you offer 'pick up' for my items?
We do not offer pick up option.
How long until I receive my items?
We try to process items within 5 working days, and most orders will be received within 14 business days or less. If you don’t receive your order within 4 weeks, please email us @ contact@winterrosieboutique.com.au
What do I do if my item is faulty or incorrect?
We aim to avoid this, however if this occurs, please contact us with your order number, details and photos within 5 days to ensure we can exchange the item. We do recommend inspecting the item immediately upon delivery to ensure there are no faults, as we cannot exchange or refund after the 5 day period has passed.
What size should I order for my child?
Please have a look at our sizing chart here, however as a general rule of thumb, our generic sizing operates like this:
Size 000 - Newborn to 3 months
Size 00 - 3 to 6 months - 6 months
Size 0 - 6 to 12 months - 12 months
Size 1 - 12 months - 18 months
Size 2 - 24 months - 24 months
However as each design is a different fit, we highly recommend reviewing our size measurements for each item.
