Shipping Policy

Due to Covid 19, shipping timeframes may be longer then stated. We will be working hard to get you your orders on time during this pandemic. Tracking numbers are supplied once your item ships so you can monitor it's journey to you.
*Please note. Orders made from Jan 11-Jan 29 2023 will not be shipped until after Jan 29 due to our staff holiday. Thank you for your patience. 

Flat rate shipping fee of $14 in Australia. 

Items are posted via Australia Post, UBI, PF Logistics and other services.  We ship direct from our warehouse to get you your item as soon as possible. 

Shipping time

 

Delivery takes approximately 7-14 business days after dispatch for internationally supplied products. This does not take into consideration any potential delays during transit or from customs, which are unfortunately out of our control. Please allow up to 4 weeks after your order was made to contact us for missing parcels. 

All items are processed within 5 business days. Items will take 7-14 business days to arrive

If you require your parcel sooner, please contact us via email and we will do our best to fast track your purchase. This may not always be possible. Please contact us before you purchase if you need items in a hurry. Only store credits are offered for change of mind. 

Winter Rosie reserves the right to hold orders that are made for reasons beyond our control and efforts will be made to contact you in regards to this issue. Winter Rosie reserves the right to leave your order at your door, if you do not agree to this please contact customer services within 4 hours of your purchase. Winter Rosie does not accept responsibility for any losses or damages occurred in the process.

The delivery times provided by Winter Rosie are estimates only. Winter Rosie will not be held accountable for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to late deliveries. In the event that multiple items are ordered, part deliveries may be made where stock is not available. All reasonable attempts to notify you will be made using the details you provided. Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address. Winter Rosie can not be held responsible for incorrectly entered delivery addresses. 

If a PO box address is given, Australia Post will deliver your items to you, however it make take longer to deliver.

If your item is returned to us due to it not being collected, we may not be able to re ship due to returns heading straight to the lost parcel centre. Please keep your eye on your tracking.

Acceptance of the goods

The buyer is responsible for inspecting the goods for fault and notifying us within 5 working days of receiving the goods should there be a fault.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM MISSING ITEMS FROM MY ORDER?

We ship straight from our suppliers, This helps us get your products to you as efficiently and as quickly as possible. When ordering multiple items your order may arrive in seperate parcels due to coming from different suppliers.
